– All fees payable to university funds (administrative fees collected during the application process).
– All fees for university services, student activities, and electronic platforms.

1. Applicants must submit documents proving their eligibility for the scholarship, including:
• An official letter or recognition card issued by the Martyrs, Victims, Missing Persons, and War, Terrorist, and Security Operations Injuries Honor Fund and their Families.
or• An official letter from the relevant authority (Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Social Solidarity, or the corresponding authority for medical personnel) confirming the applicant's eligibility.
2. Final approval is granted after the Honor Fund confirms the student's eligibility following the submission of the student's information by the university. This confirmation is completed within 72 working hours after the admission procedures have been finalized.
3. If the student has already paid the tuition fees before receiving the approved exemption, the paid amount will be refunded.

Students must successfully pass all courses and achieve the minimum GPA required for progression to the next academic level.
